5 Vegan Things I’m Looking Forward To In 2026
I am not a fan of New Year resolutions. The concept of promising to try and do something just because we are in a new calendar year feels a bit corny to me.
I’m happy if the concept helps other people focus on a personal goal, but it isn’t my style.

Vegan Pastries in Central London
You’ve seen me rave about Okja in Spitalfields, just a few minutes walk from Liverpool Street and Spitalfields Market.
If you are new here, Okja is a vegan bakery and coffee shop chain with locations in South Africa. A little while back they opened their first-ever UK location on Toynbee Street and people can’t get enough.
The pastries are all hand-crafted inside the bakery and every single item is exquisite… and vegan!
