I had the pleasure of trying founder Manny’s plant-based and gluten-free bakes during his launch a few weeks ago as part of the Pride event in Bowes Park. The brownies, cookies, and cakes were delicious and had me thinking about the next time I could track them down.
Thankfully, I won’t have to wait long and neither will you.
Chapter Eight Bakehouse has now secured a fab selection of regular market pitches, making it easier than ever for people across London and beyond to stock up on sweet treats.
You will be able to find find Chapter Eight Bakehouse at:
• Hatfield Farmers Market on the third Sunday of every month from 10am until 2pm
• Potters Bar Farmers Market on the first Sunday of every month from 10am until 2pm
• Berwick Street Market in Soho every Wednesday and Saturday from 22 July onwards
If you appreciate independent businesses, incredible baking, and the bonus of everything being both plant-based and gluten-free, make a point of tracking Manny down at one of these markets. I have a feeling Chapter Eight Bakehouse is going to become a favourite for a lot of people very quickly.
