Remember how I raved about the glorious sandwiches at The Coven of Wiches?
This legendary vegan deli and sandwich bar was serving some of the finest comfort food on the planet from their tiny premises in Walthamstow, but now the independent business is heading south of the river.
Read more below.

After shutting up shop at the indoor market at Wood Street, the team behind Coven set their sights on a brand new spot nestled inside Brixton Village market.
Chef Annabelle and her helpers have been hard at work renovating, painting, and preparing the new home for the deli which will be located on Market Row inside Brixton Village.
The Coven of Wiches is a vegan deli, a picklehouse, and a bar all in one. You will be able to devour loaded sandwiches with decadent and delicious fillings (including their version of a reuben, club sandwich and more) plus plenty of mouthwatering sides. If you fancy a drink, the bar selection will feature craft ales, frozen margs, and even pickle-backs and kimchi-back shots.
I am unsure of the exact opening date so be sure to follow The Coven of Wiches on Instagram for the latest information.
