The Polka Dot Bakery has a huge following of devotees who swarm the market for the 100% vegan and gluten free home-baked goodies.
Everything churned out by the baking business is delicious but this item I picked up today is on another level.
Celia has taken one of her spectacular vanilla cookie pies and filled it with custard AND topped it all off with caramelised sugar. Honestly, I’ve never had anything like this in London… or anywhere!
