I love bringing you news about exciting vegan and vegan-friendly events in London and I’ve certainly reported on some wild and wonderful happenings over the years.
But this vegan wine and cheese tasting event in South London is definitely one of the more unique things I’ve shared.

I don’t have a lot of energy or brain capacity tonight. I’m worn out.
I just got home from a full day out at Veganuary Fest at Signature Brew in Walthamstow. This vegan market was organised by Feed The Village and I was invited along to help co-host.
It was a wonderful event with so much community goodwill but it was also an extremely long day for me. I was out in the cold for more hours than I would normally enjoy, but weirdly the food highlight for me was something much more suited to summer.
As you all know, because I haven’t shut up about it, I’m helping to host a special plant-based food and drink experience this Saturday January 24th, 2026 out at Blackhorse Road, East London.
Veganuary Fest is a collaboration between vegan brewery Signature Brew and food experts Feed The Village from midday this Saturday.

Of course you know the event is taking place from midday on Saturday January 24, 2026 at Signature Brew out at Blackhorse Road, but you might not know what food is being served on the day.
