I am once again teaming up with the legendary Unity Diner on Wentworth Street in London for a special one-night only menu.
On Monday June 22nd, 2026 head chef Greg and his team will be serving a specially-crafted menu in which the starring role is played by a succulent, juicy, and flamed-to-perfection lion’s mane steak.
The full menu planned is:
- Almond ricotta, spring greens, shaved walnuts finished with wild garlic oil
- Marinated lion’s mane steak, celeriac pure, smoked shallots, shallot caramel, confit jersey royal, finished with crispy leeks and Unity’s red wine jus
- Eton mess, Earl Grey cream, strawberry compote, crispy meringue strawberry syrup
This high end meal will cost you just £35 per person and all the profits are directed to supporting the animals of Surge Sanctuary. Doors will open at 6pm with service kicking off at 6:30pm.
I’ll be on hand across the evening to say a few witty things into the mic and to keep you company. The bar will be running happy hour specials during the event.
Tickets are on sale now and usually don’t last very long.
