A little while ago I gave you advance notice of a special one-night-only supper club I am hosting in collaboration with Dauns Scandi Vegan Cafe and Deli.
Flash forward to NOW and Rickard at Dauns has just shared the menu with me, which I am now sharing with you!
Read more below.

Rickard has curated a line up of some of his most-loved classic dishes for this special 4-course meal.
On the night he will be serving:
Toast Skagen – what would an event at Dauns be without this classic Swedish Smörrebröd. Open faced Sandwich topped with Seaweed marinated Tofu in home made Mayo, Dill, Lemon Zest, Red Onion and topped with Seaweed Caviar from Denmark
Rösti – an Autumn favourite. Shredded Potato, Onion and Carrot fried Patty served with a creamy Beetroot Salad and La Vie fried Bacon
Kåldolmar – a Swedish comfort food dish. Cabbage filled with Soya Mince and Lentils, served with boiled Potatoes, Brown Gravy and Lingonberries
Prinsesstårta – Sweden’s most beloved cake. Victoria Sponge, homemade Raspberry Jam and Custard. Topped with Whipped Cream and a layer of Green Marzipan. Delicious!
Sounds incredible!
