I’ve been collaborating with Unity Diner on these fundraising dinners for a while now. I’ve actually lost track of how many we’ve done!
So ignore my inability to rember which number this is in the line up and simply join me for a wonderful 3-course vegan supper club next month.

The menu for these events is always very special, curated especially by head chef Greg and prepared lovingly by him and his team.
On October 26th, the menu will include:
First course: Butternut pumpkin compressed and lightly cured. Almond ricotta, topped with toasted pumpkin Parmesan and pumpkin seed oil
Main: Coal roasted hen of the woods, “hot honey” glaze, potato pave, black garlic and squash pure, crispy sage
Dessert: Chocolate torte, chard hazelnuts, chocolate sauce
Tickets for this meal are £35 and all profits are used to care for the residents of Surge Sanctuary. Happy Hour specials will be available from the Unity Diner bar for the duration of the event.
