Discussing ex-Prince Andrew on the Podcast

Hi all.

A new episode of Tell Me Where I’m Going (Wrong) podcast is out today and, as always, it’s a mixed bag of topics.

Josh and I chat about the investigation of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the Machui Picchu virtual reality attraction now in London, and the death of legendary songwriter Billy Steinberg.

Why Do I Record a Podcast That Not Many People Consume?

For more than 15 years I have written online with purpose.

My blog has always been about promoting veganism, supporting independent business, and championing social justice causes. My social media platforms are an extension of that work. I have written for news sites. I have organised events and promoted them online.

I have used the Internet as a tool to contribute something meaningful to the outside world and my communities.

I enjoy writing, but most of what I do online sits somewhere between work and activism. Most of the time it is a combination of both. It carries responsibility, has intention, and is outward facing.

Then I started a podcast and for the first time in a long time, I created something primarily for myself.

Ep 80 of the podcast OUT NOW

We are back again with another episode of Tell Me Where I’m Going (Wrong).

Episode 80 finds me and Josh chatting about the sad passing of comedy legend Catherine O’Hara as well as the equally tragic MAGAfication of Nicki Minaj.

Stranger Things, Veganuary & Violence

It’s a strange mix of topics on the podcast this week.

Josh and I chat about our reactions to the Stranger Things finale, the terrifying reality of violence in the USA, and the power of Veganuary as a form of vegan activism.

Bad quality video and audio. Often bad takes on topics. But we keep making these episodes of Tell Me Where I’m Going (Wrong) regardless.

Do You Know My Friend Josh?

Today I wanted to take a few moments of your time to draw attention to a song called Empty Seat and the person behind it.

The song feels especially poignant to me because it was written and performed by my friend Josh, who many of you will know was my partner for twenty years. The song is an emotional look at the end of our relationship as it morphed into an ongoing friendship and how Josh managed to process the emotions around it.

I’m back from my tip to Australia, so Josh and I have found time to get back into the swing of the Tell Me Where I’m Going (Wrong) podcast.

Ep 72 of the podcast out now – vegan food in Paris!

It’s a very Paris-heavy episode of Tell Me Where I’m Going (Wrong) this week.

I was just in the French capital to see Lady Gaga in concert but of course I made time to eat in a few different vegan restaurants. Josh and I give a rundown of all of our favourites from the trip, as well as some of the misses.

Of course we also spend time complaining about the Parisian weather.
