Easter Greens opened its doors on Easter Road way back on 1st August, 2019 and describes itself as Scotland’s only 100% vegan grocery store. The community-focused shop is designed as a convenient one-stop shop for plant-based groceries, making it possible to pick up everything from everyday essentials to more specialist vegan products in one place.
The range includes fresh fruit and vegetables, vegan cheese, mock meats, chocolate, snacks, toiletries, pet food, and plenty more.
Easter Greens has also expanded beyond traditional grocery shopping with refillable cleaning products and freshly baked bread from local bakeries. The aim is to make vegan shopping as accessible and convenient as possible while supporting a more sustainable way of living.
Easter Greens says its approach is based around being friendly, respectful, kind, helpful, and community minded. Sounds like my kind of place!
