How could you not be impressed by this spread of vegan Indian food I ordered at Bundobust in Leeds?

My haul from the craft beer bar and vegetarian food kitchen a few nights back included:

• Tarka dhal
• Biriyani balls
• Bhel puri
• Brussels sprouts and broccoli bhajis
• Okra fries
• Lentil soup
• Onion bhajis

Absolutely stunning.

Bundobust is just a short stroll from Leeds train station and is one of my all-time favourite places to eat and drink in the UK. It is all fabulous.

With a Manchester version of the bar set to open in 2016, I’m hopeful we will see Bundobust outlets up and down the country.
