London is getting a one-night-only Colombian-inspired plant-based tasting dinner this month, courtesy of L E B A, the supper club founded in Budapest in 2023. Seats are extremely limited!

This incredible dining event is taking place at HALFCUP on Friday 23rd October, 2026 with Colombian-born, Brixton-raised chef Angelo Gonzalez creating a seven-course menu inspired by his heritage.
Gonzalez has previously worked at Akoko and Michelin-starred Trinity, and his culinary career has also included projects such as Ayọ Collective and Shakara in Marylebone.
The L E B A dining series gives guest chefs creative freedom to develop a menu around their own ideas and experiences, with one important condition. Everything must be plant-based. The upcoming dinner celebrates Colombian food and culture, with a menu that is also entirely gluten-free.
The menu looks fabulous:
Canapés
Arepa & Hogao – corn cake, tomato, onion
Pandebono & Caviar – Colombian bread, plant-based caviar
Buñuelo – crispy fritter
Cassava, Potato, Green Plantain – cassava, fondant potato, green plantain, aromatic broth
Textures of Corn – Charred, Caramelised, Custarded
Bandeja Paisa – Frijoles, Plátano Negro, Crispy Chilli, Avocado Mousse, Arepa Tuile
‘Bistec’ Aubergine – Yam, Aubergine, Chive, Shallot
Salpicón de Fruta Granizado – Colombian fruit cocktail granita
Lulo – Lulo, Guanabana Panna Cotta, Mango, Avocado
Petit Fours & Coffee
Arepa & Coco Condensado – corn, coconut condensed milk
Pandebono & Guava – Colombian bread, guava
Buñuelo & Arequipe – crispy fritter, Colombian dulce de leche
The dinner is part of L E B A’s series of one-off plant-based tasting experiences, which began in Budapest and has since expanded to the UK. This exquisite tasting menu costs £120 per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional £45.
