Vegan fried chicken brand Chickenish is opening a new kitchen residency at Saint Monday Brewery in Hackney, East London.

The basics? The residency launches on Wednesday 16th September, 2026 at 5pm at Saint Monday, a short walk from London Fields Overground station. The exciting extra info? To mark the opening, the first 50 burgers will be given away for free, while everyone else can get 50% off the full menu for the rest of the evening.

Chickenish has been serving the UK festival circuit since 2020 from its Cluck Truck, appearing at events including Glastonbury, Download, Reading, Latitude, and Camp Bestival. The new residency will feature their signature burgers and loaded bites, including The Hey Honay and The Spicy Jang.
Chickenish have announced meal deals and a bottomless bites offer are also being developed for the coming weeks.
The Chickenish kitchen will operate at Saint Monday Brewery every Tuesday to Sunday. The brewery bar itself opens from 12pm. The residency gives Chickenish a permanent East London base alongside its continuing festival appearances.
