I’m thrilled to be back hosting another fundraising dinner at Unity Diner in August to raise money to help the animals at Surge Sanctuary.

I’ve been helping Unity with these for quite a while now and I’m always blown away by the amount of lovely people showing up in support.
Head chef Greg and his team are once again serving up a 3-course meal on Monday 24th August, 2026 from 6pm and this next menu is a beauty.
On the night, diners will be served:
- Lion’s mane crab cakes, toasted sesame and wakame salad, finished with wasabi mayo and red amaranth
- Lion’s mane scallops, tarragon infused garlic cream confit potatoes press, and wilted greens
- Raspberry gin cake, soya cream, freeze dried raspberry finished with a beet coulis
This 3-course meal will set you back £35 per person with every bit of profit going straight to the care of the Surge Sanctuary animals.
I’ll be on hand throughout the evening to keep you company and the Unity bar will have happy hour specials all event long.
