Single Serve Vegan Cake In UK Supermarkets

Public service announcement.

Sunrise Bakery, the largest Caribbean bakery in the UK, now has single serve vegan cake slices available in UK supermarkets.

Take a look at these beauties I grabbed yesterday here in London and then read below for more info.

Located in Smethwick, West Midlands and pumping out breads and bakes for quite a few decades, Sunrise Bakery now has a vegan line of cakes called OneLove.

The OneLove range contains classic Caribbean flavour combos, made to plant-based recipes!

The three single-serve slices I found in Morrisons, Stamford Hill are shown in the above photo but the full range includes:

  • Spicy Ginger
  • Pineapple & Coconut
  • Caribbean Fruit
  • Jamaican Banana

These slices are dense, moist, and absolutely delicious.

Each of the flavours is also available in a full loaf size, meaning you can share the love (or have more for yourself).

OneLove cakes by Sunrise Bakery are available in selected supermarket stores for Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Morrisons. Products can also be found in over 150 independent stores around the country.

You can also shop online directly with the bakery.

You can order my book ‘Fat Gay Vegan: Eat, Drink and Live Like You Give a Sh!t’ online now. It has been out a while now but is still a good read. You can also listen to the Audiobook read by me!
