VACANCY – KITCHEN MANAGER – STEREO
STEREO IS LOOKING FOR A NEW KITCHEN MANAGER TO LEAD OUR TEAM OF CHEFS.
IF YOU HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE PREPARING HIGH VOLUMES OF FRESH VEGAN FOOD IN A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN THEN WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.
THE ROLE:
OVERSEEING STOCK ORDERING
MENU CREATION
FOOD PREPARATION
MANAGING AND DEVELOPING A TEAM
COMPLYING WITH FOOD HYGIENE AND HEALTH & SAFETY REGULATIONS
STOCK CONTROL
You will train, motivate & inspire your team to deliver a delicious, efficient food operation and be responsible for the financial performance of the kitchen.
You should be able to demonstrate the following skills/attributes:
- Knowledge of vegan food preparation
