Mouse’s Favourite now via Abel & Cole

You all know about legendary vegan cheese brand Mouse’s Favourite, right?

Mouse’s Favourite was founded in West London about four or five years ago and since then they have gone on to win over many hearts and tastebuds. I’ve even had the pleasure of working with the brand at some of my markets.

Their cheeses would always be the first thing shoppers headed for at their market appearances, especially their plant-based take on camembert.

In BIG news for the independent brand, Mouse’s Favourite has just secured a listing with online retailer Abel & Cole.

The cheese’s from Mouse’s Favourite really are top quality. True artisan creations.

And it’s just not vegan cheese coming out of their kitchen either. Mouse’s Favourite has a vegan butter block, also available via Able & Cole.

New vegan butter made with macadamia nuts

Vegans in the USA just got a fab festive gift.

There is a brand new vegan butter alternative made from macadamia nuts and it has just launched in Whole Foods Market stores across the country.

The new plant-based, 100% palm-oil-free creamy buttery spread is from dairy alternative company milkadamia.

This revolutionary non-dairy buttery spread replicates butter’s delicious creamy taste and texture while also allowing consumers to enjoy the taste of butter without the damaging effects on animals, the planet, the soil, and rainforest lands in areas like Indonesia where a lot of palm oil is farmed unsustainably.

As I stated above, the product is only currently available in Whole Foods Market stores but will be spreading to Sprouts and other USA retailers early in 2020.

There is no word yet on distribution outside the USA but I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

Vegan butter

Here is a super quick post to let you know that I just bought some vegan butter by fabulous London cheese artisans, Mouse’s Favourite.

I got mine from GreenBay Supermarket in Fulham.

The company is an extremely small operation at the moment meaning the products aren’t everywhere just yet, but you can check out the current stockists by clicking here.

Mouse’s Favourite even show up at festivals from time to time.
