Ep 116 – CPAP and Wegovy Pills!

I like to be honest and candid on the podcast and this week’s episode is no exception.

Episode 116 of Tell Me Where I’m Going (Wrong) finds me chatting with Josh about my life as a CPAP user and if I would consider a new implant alternative. Spoiler: it scares me.

We also talk about my recent switch to Wegovy pills following on from my use of Mounjaro injections.

I hope you can make time to listen!

For many people taking them, that means eating smaller portions, being more selective about what they eat, and thinking much more carefully about getting enough nutrition from a relatively small amount of food.

That was certainly my experience.
