Legendary vegan sandwich experts Coven of Wiches have announced a new brew collaboration with Gravity Well Brewing Company and it will be available in Brixton later this month!

The brand new Wiccan Liquor is described as a 5% NZ forward Pale Ale. It is reportedly “steaming with demonic hop auras” which sounds exactly like the sort of beer we should expect from a sandwich shop called Coven of Wiches.
And yes, it is 100% vegan.
Even though I do not drink alcohol anymore, I still love seeing vegan beer being created, promoted, and enjoyed. The beer world has been an important part of the growth of vegan culture, and I am always happy to shine a little light on the people making exciting things happen.
But I have an additional reason for being interested in this particular collaboration. I really like vegan sandwich shops.
Coven of Wiches has been building a reputation for outstanding plant-based sandwiches and the team is now preparing to open a new location in Brixton Village. The launch is scheduled for the week of 17 August which I think is a little later than originally planned, but you can’t rush genius!
And when the doors open, this special Gravity Well collaboration will be available on keg and in cans. Coven of Wiches has also announced that the new venue will have a fridge stocked with a rotating selection of beers from the brewery.
That sounds like a pretty compelling reason for anyone who enjoys vegan food and good beer to make a trip to Brixton. If you enjoy drinking, make a date with Coven of Wiches when it opens in Brixton later this month. Grab some food, order the special Gravity Well collaboration, and raise a glass to the continued growth of vegan businesses doing things their own way.
