LD of LD’s Kitchen has unveiled A Weekend with LD, an immersive culinary retreat this September that promises to be about so much more than cooking. Now she is inviting guests into her world for a weekend inspired by the years she spent touring the United States as bass player for Turbowolf. Expect stories from life on the road, carefully curated playlists, plenty of laughs, and the sort of food that has made LD’s Kitchen one of the most talked about names in UK vegan dining.
The retreat, scheduled for September 11th-14th 2026, includes:
• Three nights full-board stay in luxury accommodation with full use of the gardens and swimming pool
• A signature dining experience inspired by LD’s years touring across the United States with Turbowolf
• A Southern style indulgent brunch celebrating classic comfort food
• A Cajun Seafood Boil inspired by the legendary feasts of Louisiana and the Gulf Coast
• A faux meat masterclass
• A cookout experience featuring smoking and BBQ demonstrations
• A talk on the art of veganising almost anything, packed with tips, tricks and techniques for creating incredible plant-based food at home
• Surprise vegan bites, canapés, and treats throughout the weekend
This is not the sort of retreat where you quietly nibble on a salad before heading off to bed at 9pm.
