As the world collapses and we precariously balance on the edge of WW3, at least we have something to celebrate thanks to The Hogless Roast.
Read more below.

The Hogless Roast has firmly established itself as one of the premier vegan comfort spots in the UK capital.
Their menu is packed full of juicy burgers, succulent salads, and irresistible sides. It’s the place to go if you want to enjoy every morsel of your food.
A little while back, The Hogless Roast changed locations and set up shop in the Crate food court in Walthamstow, just a few steps from St James Street Overground station. And when I say a little while back, I mean exactly one year ago!
To celebrate one whole year of slinging comfort food to hungry diners in E17, The Hogless Roast is making it very affordable for you to grab one of their beloved creations.

On Monday May 4th, 2026 the first 50 people to order a Hogless Burger will pay just £1.
Yes! One quid for one of the best burgers on the planet!
They’ll open at 12pm and as it is a Bank Holiday, expect big crowds. Get down early if you want to be one of the fortunate people to chow down for a quid.
Of course you can also enjoy a few of the other items form the menu with all the money you save on the burger. I recommend the Hogless Loaded Fries, Caesar Salad, and Tater Tots.
Mark the date in your calendar, look down the back of the sofa for a few coins, and do your taste buds a favour.
