I don’t have a lot of energy or brain capacity tonight. I’m worn out.
I just got home from a full day out at Veganuary Fest at Signature Brew in Walthamstow. This vegan market was organised by Feed The Village and I was invited along to help co-host.
It was a wonderful event with so much community goodwill but it was also an extremely long day for me. I was out in the cold for more hours than I would normally enjoy, but weirdly the food highlight for me was something much more suited to summer.

I was thrilled to finally have the opportunity to experience Chill Gelato, a 100% vegan gelato business with a super cute pink ice cream cart.
The photo above shows me holding a cone with two scoops. Salted caramel on the bottom and mint choc chip on top. I was blown away by the deliciousness and creaminess.
Fabio at Chill Gelato was a real sweetheart to chat with and he served the appreciative throngs of people for 6 hours straight without losing his smile. The fact that he sold out completely on such a cold day goes to show how spectacular his product is.
Follow Chill Gelato on Instagram and look out for them at an event near you soon. Or get your work to hire Fabio for your next corporate event!
