If you find yourself in London looking for the ultimate vegan comfort food, I highly recommend stopping by Dauns near Spitalfields for this incredible Swedish hot dog.

Tunnbrödsrulle is a traditional fast food item from northern Sweden which is served in flatbread with mashed potato.
How spectacular does that sound? Tunnbrödsrulle is to Sweden what fish and chips is to the UK.
Dauns in central London is serving a vegan version of Tunnbrödsrulle that has a lot of fans and for very good reason.
A juicy seitan sausage is served upon a traditional Swedish flat bread with creamy mash potatoes, Swedish mustard, gherkin relish, Danish ketchup, pickled red onions, and crispy onions. All of this for £14.
You can even add skagen tofish to turn it into a Gothenburg classic for an extra £2.
Dauns definitely has one of the best vegan dishes in London on its hands with this Tunnbrödsrulle. I strongly recommend you get in to try it as soon as possible.
Drop into Dauns between Tuesday and Unday for this and many other delicious Scandi delicacies including meatballs, pastries, and hot drinks.
