Spooky Season Fun for a Fabulous Cause

Here’s something to get your vegan heart thumping this spooky season.

On Saturday 1 November, compassionate people are getting together in Wood Green for an evening packed with trivia, karaoke, and community spirit. And it’s all to raise funds for the incredible Paul Watson Foundation, which works hard to protect marine life and habitats from exploitation.

The event is happening at Karamel, one of London’s most treasured vegan venues. The night kicks off at 6pm with a pub quiz hosted by Liv and Ollie, who promise a mix of seasonal questions, general knowledge, and a few surprises to keep everyone on their toes. After the quiz, there will be time to relax, socialise, and enjoy Karamel’s delicious vegan food and drinks before things ramp up again with karaoke from 9pm. Whether you’re a singer or a supportive listener, everyone’s part of the fun.

Throughout the evening there will be a raffle with great prizes and a costume contest for those feeling extra spooky. It’s the perfect chance to celebrate compassion, creativity, and good times with likeminded people.

Tickets are £8 in advance for the full night or £4 if you just fancy coming for the karaoke. You can also pay on the door if there’s space. The venue is safe, inclusive, dog-friendly, and fully accessible, so nobody has to miss out.

It all takes place at Karamel, 4 Coburg Road, N22 6JU, just a short stroll from Wood Green underground or Alexandra Palace train station.

This night is about coming together for a cause that matters, celebrating kindness, and showing that doing good can be a whole lot of fun. So grab your mates, plan your costume, and get ready to quiz, sing, and raise money for the oceans.

Eat, drink, sing, and be scary… for the animals.
