Those fruit splits remind me of my childhood in Australia. I remember being on the beach, trying to eat this exact type of treat before it melted in the extreme heat.
Have you tried any of the dairy free frozen range at Tesco? Are the splits as good as they look?
I tried the cones last year. The ice cream is good. The cones, however, like many cones – especially when frozen – are not so good taste wise but are acceptable. I have not yet seen the other 2 items in the range. Will be looking out for those on my next big tesco run. I too look forward to the fruit splits!
Fruit splits, fruit splits, fruit splits!!!!! They were my favourite ice creams growing up – I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀
The choc sticks are lovely. The children were so excited to have a different ice cream treat similar to what their friends have. The fruit splits were lovely too, one of my favourites from when I was a child. Think we’ll need to get a bigger freezer now!
