What does a vegan road trip through parts of California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah look like?

I’m heading into my final day of a two-week journey travelling between Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Flagstaff and Monument Valley, so I wanted to share some of my food journey with you.

I’m absolutely LIVING for this #vegan fast food restaurant in Las Vegas called Vege-Way. Kinda like a plant-based McDonalds. It even has a drive-thru! Milkshakes, fries, popcorn chicken, double cheeseburger and salad. Amazing.
