There is some very sad news from Bournemouth, with the announcement that Twelve Eatery has closed its doors after almost eight extraordinary years.
Read more below.

Since opening in December 2018, Twelve became one of those special vegan restaurants that showed just how spectacular plant-based dining could be. The founders and owners, Dalton and Greg, have decided to close this chapter of their lives, bringing an end to a restaurant that will be missed by so many.
I had the pleasure of dining at Twelve on two occasions and was more than impressed each time. The cuisine was sensational, but it was the whole experience that made Twelve so memorable. There was a genuinely friendly atmosphere alongside stylish yet comfortable interiors that made you want to settle in and stay.
It was the kind of vegan restaurant that made you proud of how far plant-based dining has come and excited about what is possible when people pour their heart and creativity into a space.
A huge personal thank you to Dalton and Greg for all the hard work, passion and love they put into Twelve over the years. Their farewell makes it clear that the restaurant was about so much more than food, with thousands of meals, celebrations, friendships and connections created within those walls.
I wish them both every happiness and success as they head into whatever comes next.
