I’m in my bakery appreciation era in a big way. Is there anything better than freshly baked sweet breads?
With so many gorgeous vegan bakeries in the UK to choose from, there is a fear that I might be reaching saturation point. But then Seasons micro home bakery came along and made me see that we have a long way to go before I reach my limit.

Seasons is an independent bakery that operates out of an East London home, spearheaded by the super talented Naomi.
Naomi is a master bread baker who has also turned her hand to all manner of sweet bakes. Her buns, rolls, and loaves are some of the finest I’ve ever tasted.
A few days ago I popped along to London Fields School Sunday Market to find Seasons hosting a small table piled high with these special bakes.
Everything was spectacular. Naomi has a knack of combing flavours, taking what would be simple bakes from other creators and turning them into elevated pastries. The bread I devoured featuring I AM NOT OK cheese and Vegemite scored 10/10, as did the sweet hot cross buns. The chocolate and sea salt focaccia? Nothing will come close to making me that happy again.
