I’ve recently visited vegan restaurant Fed By Plants on London’s South Bank and while I’ve been impressed by the food they are serving on the menu, I’m even more excited by the take-home seitan slabs you can pick up.

Fed By Plants is a family-owned restaurant situated in the Gabriel’s Wharf shopping and dining outdoor mall on London’s South Bank.
The restaurant’s menu is an eclectic mix of nutritious salads, comfort food classics such as pizza and fish and chips, and an incredible Sunday roast dinner that is actually served every day!
The star of this roast dinner plate is most definitely the house made seitan. It is packed with flavour and the chew is perfect.

Fed By Plants actually have take-home packs of their seitan for sale in the restaurant. It is available in three flavours. Smokey, Regular Roast, and Chilli & Garlic.
The restaurant is working on delivery but for now you can buy directly from them. It is a damn fine excuse to go in and try out the menu!
