Attention. Time for a sweeping FGV proclamation.
There is a new vegan eatery in central London and it is serving the best food I’ve enjoyed in the capital in a long time. Truly sensational.
Read more below.

If you are online and you are vegan you have probably heard of Sepps, the Instagram name of award-winning chef Giuseppe Federici.
Sepps has developed a huge and loyal following of foodies though sharing irresistible and clever Italian recipes inspired by his grandmother. It’s actually Sepp’s grandmother, Marianna, who helped educate this celebrated chef and even features in some of his cooking videos.
Following on from his collaborative cookbook with his grandmother called Cooking With Nonna, as well as sold out pop-up dining events, Giuseppe has now launched an exciting food counter inside the BOXHALL food and drink hotspot next to Liverpool Street station.
I popped in tonight to help them celebrate opening night ahead of what is set to be a 6-week residency.
Everything I ordered tonight was exceptional. Juicy meatballs smothered in rich, tangy sauce. Rigatoni cooked to perfection. Arancini accompanied with marinara. Garlic parm fries for which I would consider having a first born child just so I could trade it for more. A super fresh and satisfying Sicilian fennel slaw.
And the tiramisu? My husband and I were fighting for the final scraps in the bowl.

Giuseppe’s Kitchen is an exciting addition to the London food scene and I predict the food counter will be seriously swamped over the course of the residency. If you are anywhere near Liverpool Street, get in there. You will be blown away by the taste, flavours, and quality of this cuisine.
