Spring Supper Club at Unity Diner

I absolutely adore being part of the regular supper club series at Unity Diner in London.

Not only do these events raise funds for Surge Sanctuary (I wrote about them yesterday) but they are also a showcase of just how special plant-based dining can be.

If you want to see what all the excitement is about, I’m hosting a Spring-themed dinner at Unity in a few weeks.

Read more below.

This exclusive 3-course menu will be served at Unity Diner on Monday 30th March, 2026 from 6:30pm.

Happy hour will be running at the bar for the entirety of the dinner and the team from Surge Sanctuay will be on hand to chat with you about the wonderful work they do to care for rescued animals.

And the menu? Check this out:

Starter
Sunchoke purée, British asparagus, shaved walnuts and viola.

Main
Butternut squash purée, slow roasted mooli, crispy butter beans and fennel fronds.

Dessert
Raspberry gin cheesecake with raspberry coulis and phalaenopsis.

Tickets for this dinner are priced at £35 per person and can be booked online here.

All profits from this event will be donated to Surge Sanctuary.

See you there!
