I like to think I know everything about vegan food. When somebody tries to tell me about a new plant-based product, chances are I already know about it and I’m insufferable about it.
But my know it all facade was cracked last week when I got to taste vegan sausages by a brand that was completely new to me.

I was fortunate to spend time chatting with founder Anita during Veganuary Fest at Signature Brew last week and was bowled over by not only the taste of the products, but also the care that goes into making them.
Anita explained to me how her natural ingredient products are smoked and air dried in a completely vegan kitchen and this care has translated into something truly delicious.
