On Monday February 2, 2026 I am hosting a special fundraising dinner at Unity Diner in London.
All of the profits from the event will be donated to Surge Sanctuary to help care for rescued animals, so I am keen today to share the menu with you and encourage you to buy tickets.

For £35, your 3-course dinner at Unity Diner will include:
Starter: Honestly Tasty whipped brie, olive soil, grilled garlic miso, and savoy cabbage
Main: Confit duck breast, plum jus, potato pave, and miso greens
Dessert: Apple pie parcel, candied pepitas, and chia parfaits
In addition to your exquisite meal, the Unity Diner bar will be selling gorgeous cocktails, mocktails, beer, and wine with a special extended happy hour for the entire event.
