As you all know, because I haven’t shut up about it, I’m helping to host a special plant-based food and drink experience this Saturday January 24th, 2026 out at Blackhorse Road, East London.
Veganuary Fest is a collaboration between vegan brewery Signature Brew and food experts Feed The Village from midday this Saturday.
Take a look at six items that have grabbed my attention. I will be investigating further!
Read more below.

Up first are the cakes from The Female Glaze. They always have a scrumptious line up of sweet treats and if this rainbow sponge makes an appearance, I will be partaking.

Hot sauce? This one isn’t for me, but my husband is a disciple of scorching hot salsas so I’ll have to bring a bottle of this back from En Root.

I don’t care if it is miserable and grey in London. I will be sampling the products of Chill Gelato regardless. It might even be a take home tub so I can eat in the warm comfort of my own home!

I’ve become a bit of a dill fanatic recently so I’m keen on grabbing a jar of the dill and gherkin mayo from BeSaucy.

Event co-host Feed The Village will be running a vegan Japanese cuisine stall. If they have katsu, I will be buying katsu. Delicious.

Stoked BBQ always impress with everything they serve so I’m definitely interested in whatever juicy seitan sandwich variation they have on the day.

There will of course be a lot more to choose from, including beers and wines, but this is what caught my attention.
