Vegan Steak in East London

I really admire how the kitchen at The Spread Eagle in Homerton keeps pushing forward with new and inventive dishes.

The 100% vegan pub has long been a hot spot for tasty and creative plant-based cuisine and this new steak plate is no exception.

This lions mane mushroom steak looks succulent and is served with hand cut chips, broccoli, and peppercorn sauce. A plate like this is my dream meal.

Other tasty-sounding menu items on right now at the pub include the HUGE Indian sharing platter, the classic baked shamembert, and the pie with mash.

The Spread Eagle is also carrying on the tradition of Sunday roast dinners, so there are plenty of reasons to get in there to eat!
