Tendril x Phitzee: A One-Night Plant-Based Feast

Rishim Sachdeva’s restaurant Tendril is teaming up with Philip Zecevic, better known to his huge online following as Phitzee, for a one-night-only dinner collaboration.

On Friday 7 November 2025, Tendril will host this special collab dinner, where Rishim and Phitzee will create a five-course set menu inspired by the flavours of Balkan cuisine. The dishes will have roots in countries like Serbia, Greece, Croatia, and Bulgaria, all given a twist for London diners.

The menu isn’t fully locked in yet, but you can expect things like Jerusalem artichoke and chive tart, Phitzee’s signature ajvar roasted red pepper spread, stuffed grilled cabbage with apricot and rice, and baklava cheesecake.

If you don’t already know Phitzee, he’s a plant-based cook and content creator who’s built an impressive following by making vegan food. His Balkan heritage shines through in his recipes, which are about more than just ingredients. They tell stories about family, memory, and identity. From golden burek spirals to syrup-soaked desserts, his food celebrates a region that doesn’t get nearly enough credit for its plant-based potential.

Tendril is established as one of the capital’s most popular vegan-friendly restaurants. It is marketed as an almost vegan restaurant and I hope one day it makes it all the way there. Their food is extremely tasty but I am not sure why they don’t go fully vegan. At least they are for this special event!

The dinner is £59 per person for five courses, with drinks and optional wine pairings available.

Tendril is at 5 Princes Street, W1B 2LQ. You can find more details and make your reservation at tendrilkitchen.co.uk
