London, you are being completely spoiled this Bank Holiday weekend. Not one but two opportunities to shop directly from the fabulous vegan Mexican micro-bakery Pa’l Susto.
This small but mighty operation has carved out a name for itself with iconic conchas, rich tres leches cakes, and the sweetest little besos. They are the first vegan Mexican bakery of their kind in the UK and every time they appear it is exciting news!
Read about the two locations for this weekend below.

First chance to catch them is on Sunday 24 August at The Waiting Room in Deptford. From 10am until 4pm you can fill your belly with incredible vegan tacos before finishing with Pa’l Susto desserts. Think tres leches that will knock you sideways and fresh conchas that taste like sunshine. One day only, so make it count.

Then on Monday 25 August they pop up again at the Vegan Summer Market hosted by LD’s Kitchen at Saint Monday Brewery near London Fields. From 12 noon until 6pm they will be selling their award winning bakes alongside a line up of vegan traders. Expect new flavours, piles of conchas, and delicious besos. It is Bank Holiday Monday, the sun will hopefully be shining (yeah, right), and this is the bakery’s last pop-up before a holiday break.
Two days. Two boroughs. Too good to miss.
