A short and sweet post to tell you about one of the most-enjoyable vegan plates of food you can currently devour in London.

Essential Vegan has been creating food magic in London for over 10 years and even though founder Vanessa has moved on to adventures new, you can still eat with the legendary food business in two different locations in the UK capital.
Today I visited the Essential Vegan residency inside All My Friends bar and food court in Hackney Wick to grab a plate of these incredible waffles with seitan bacon, cream cheese, and syrup.
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this food.
The venue itself is the perfect spot for a sunny day with lots of outdoor seating on the deck, or canal side overlooking Olympic Park.
There is even a record store inside the venue!
