Aquafaba is the name given to the liquid leftover when you open a tin of chickpeas. Clever people discovered that this liquid has similar properties to egg white meaning it can be whipped into meringue, used for buttercream frosting, and even helps make vegan chocolate mousse a reality.
This masterclass will include:

Bruna Oliveira graduated in physiotherapy in Brazil before moving to London in 2008, where she studied Naturopathy and Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM London, in order to pursue her passion for healthy and natural living.
