This gorgeous creation was served to me by the talented, friendly people at Black Cat Café in Hackney.

The rustic bread housed marinated chicken, pickled onion, tomato and avocado. The side salad was dressed to perfection.

Nobody is doing a vegan sandwich this good anywhere else in London. This really is the best vegan sandwich in London right now.
