Unexpected vegan
Don’t you just love when you stumble upon unexpected vegan food? It’s even sweeter when you are in a beautiful location such as Queensferry, Scotland.
Check this out!
I am currently taking my Vegan Roadshow around the UK and part of the journey found us travelling between Edinburgh and Glasgow, via the picturesque waterside town of Queensferry.
Our stop coincided with the 125th anniversary celebrations of the Forth Rail Bridge, meaning the town was buzzing with markets and activity.
Of course the word ‘vegan’ jumped out at me straight away from a colourful market stall and the entire roadshow crew got chatting with (and buying from) Nic’s Vegan Kitchen.
Nic was on hand to talk us through all of her delicious treats, as well as give us the rundown on her brand new vegan cafe opening in this Scottish town next month.
Lulu’s Diner is set to be a comfort food paradise serving up hot dogs, cakes and shakes. I might very well find myself back there in the near future.
Like Nic’s Facebook page for all the latest updates with the diner.
