Juice Baby Chelsea
You wanna see something that I absolutely adored eating? I don’t mean it was just OK or it was kind of alright, I mean this thing was fabulous and I want to eat it all the time.
Want to see?
This vegan caramel slice from Juice Baby in Chelsea is on another level. It features desiccated coconut, cashews, macadamia nuts, maple syrup, coconut oil and raw chocolate. I can’t believe I am wasting time writing this review instead of eating another one right now.
Juice Baby is a raw and unprocessed food and juice outlet on King’s Road in Chelsea. If you know this neighbourhood, you will be able to predict that any cafe isn’t going to be promoting budget prices.
The prices at Juice Baby are steeper than some high street chains (not by much, though), but are certainly not too much considering the quality and taste you are getting. The food is stunning.
Check out the raw mint choc cheesecake. Another masterpiece.

Check out the ridiculously-tasty taco bowl I also devoured.
Steamed quinoa, cos lettuce, walnut taco mix, Pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cashew cream and chilli made the perfect combination. I truly could eat this dish every day.
And of course Juice Baby serves juice.
I picked the Ginger-Aid juice made from pressed ginger, orange and lemon. If you are keen on ginger, this drink was exploding with it. Maybe a bit too much bite for my taste.
Juice Baby is one of the most enjoyable food experiences I’ve had in London. I’m plotting my next visit and have plans to work my way through their raw desserts which are truly mouthwatering.
Extra note: everything served by Juice Baby is 100% vegan and plant-based.

HOLY FUCKING SHIT!
I had the taco bowl today. The salad looks more interesting in your bowl, I’m no lettuce connoisseur but mine much less leafy, just iceberg I think.
Expensive at almost £9 but a large portion and healthier than I would usually choose but quite nice for a change (plus I had some unhealthy geranium and lavender chocolate creams courtesy of nearby Rococo!)
[…] I have written about Juice Baby in the past. This small food provider on impossibly ritzy King’s Road in West London is home to a delicious raw taco bowl and the most glorious caramel slice (read about the eatery here). […]
[…] have raved about this Kings Road eatery in the past, but the addition of gorgeous hand held ice creams makes Juice Baby a must visit destination. No […]
