Vegan meat night
London, are you ready?
This Friday night is the night you go to Black Cat cafe in Hackney. No excuses.
Wanna know why?
Javier Suarez, a South American chef based in London, has spent the last decade traveling around the globe due to his activity as a musician. He has explored vegan food options across the whole world. Inacio Gomez, head chef at Black Cat Hackney, invited Javier to take over Fridays at the cafe kitchen. Together they developed the idea of the Artisan Vegan ‘Meats’ Supper Night.
The vegan meats night is launching from 5pm this Friday (March 20, 2015). Food will be served until 10pm and the regular low Black Cat prices will be in place.
The menu sounds stunning. Check it out on the poster below.
Deep fried mozzarella sticks?! Buffalo wings?! Chorizo sandwich?! Cheesecake?!
I’m freaking out!
Javier let me know this will become a regular night IF people support the first night. Get down there this Friday. London needs a regular vegan meats night.
You can just rock up or book a guaranteed space by emailing the address on the poster.
