Killer view
Is a great view worth the cost of a meal?
I think this outlook just might justify any expense.
Thomas, the founder of German vegan shoe store chain avesu, recently visited London and wanted to share this photo he took while dining high above the city.
Thomas was checking out SUSHISAMBA, a dining room situated in the upper reachers of Heron Tower near Liverpool Street. The restaurant is a Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian fusion and features a vegan menu in addition to non-vegan fare.
The vegan menu includes such delights as corn-coated tofu served with red quinoa salad and Peruvian potato chips, asparagus maki and padrón peppers seasoned with sea salt and lemon. It sounds completely gorgeous.
The full SUSHISAMBA vegan menu can be seen here (opens as PDF).
You can visit the SUSHISAMBA website to check out all their locations, including four in the USA. You can follow SUSHISAMBA on Twitter.
Have you dined with SUSHISAMBA? How was your experience?
Does it stink of steak?
