TeenVGN is an amazing social and support group for young people looking to explore plant-based living. One of the many fabulous things they have spearheaded is the TeenVGN Summer Camp.

In top news, TeenVGN has teamed up with vegan marathon runner & world record holder Fiona Oakes to offer a scholarship to attend the UK’s only vegan summer camp for teens next year! The spot is for two compassionate young people who may not be able to afford to go to the camp.

TeenVGN has got to be one of the most valuable support groups in the country.

If you cast your mind back to when you where a teenager, it was probably fairly likely that you didn’t feel supported in a lot of what you thought, felt and believed in.

This is why TeenVGN is so vital. The group works hard to support and validate the choices of teenagers who wish to live a more compassionate life via their website where they host blogs, information links and a member forum.

TeenVGN is more than an online presence, however.

Vegan summer camp

Is it that time again already?

If you are a vegan or vegan-aspiring teen (or you know one), you really want to seriously consider setting a reminder that TeenVGN Summer Camp 2016 tickets go on sale tomorrow (Saturday December 5, 2015). The 2015 event sold out in record time.

The summer camp is a week long extravaganza of interactive sessions and cruelty free eating. It is the perfect setting for young, compassionate people to explore what being vegan means while also having the chance to make new and lasting friendships.

I went along as a special guest on the final evening and was blown away by the hard work all the camp workers put in to make sure the teens had a summer to remember.
