Vegan Sensation in Liverpool

I have not been to Liverpool in many years and, if I am honest, I do not have any plans to visit in the near future.

That makes it all the more frustrating when I read about vegan hot spot The Vibe Plant Based Cafe because every word I see about this place makes me wish I could be there in person.

The Vibe is a family run cafe with a simple but powerful mission. They want to feed the their city with 100% plant based food and drink. They create one of a kind dishes from scratch, determined to make food that not only fills people up but leaves them feeling inspired. This ethos is about protecting animals, caring for the planet, and looking after the community.

The menu reads like a greatest hits collection of vegan food. They are serving up full English breakfasts, pancakes, omelettes, hash browns, avocado on toast, and even vegan eggs. There are toasties and wraps for quick bites and an impressive sounding jackfruit banh mi that I am absolutely daydreaming about. If you want something more substantial, they have spaghetti, burgers, nutritious bowls and sharing plates. Drinks are covered too with coffee, tea, kombucha, and smoothies.

They are dog friendly, wheelchair accessible, and operate walk in service for groups under six while bigger groups can call ahead to book.

So if you are in Liverpool, please get along to The Vibe Plant Based Cafe. Enjoy the food, soak up the atmosphere, and then tell me all about it so I can live vicariously through your visits until I make my way back to the city.
