C’mon, London!
Life in the UK capital can be a tough slog with extortionate rents and public transport that could test the patience of a saint, but it also brings us the occasional reason to celebrate.
Say hello (again!) to the Temple Ugly burger, a limited edition menu item in partnership between social media legend Ugly Vegan and Temple of Seitan.
Take a look at this beauty. Ain’t it a little ripper?!
Keep reading below to discover how eating this burger will also raise money for charity.

Temple of Seitan has long been the undisputed vegan fast food champion of London. Its vegan fried chicken caused a tear in the space-time continuum, causing headline-grabbing hordes of food fanatics to descend on the Hackney restaurant.
The beloved food business has now put its expertise to good use with the Temple Ugly burger.
This decadent treat is a collaboration with superstar social media legend, Ugly Vegan. The collaboration between the two vegan heavy hitters was first launched a few years back and has been brought back in 2025 for a good cause.
£1 from every Temple Ugly burger sold during March 2025 will be donated to food security charity, Made In Hackney.
And the burger itself? What makes it so special?
You can wrap your laughing gear around a quarter pounder patty, American cheese, mac n cheese, bbq sauce, garlic mayo, onion rings, and a potato smiley on top.
Ridiculous and ridiculously-delicious!
Temple Ugly is available now in the Camden and Hackney Temple of Seitan restaurants, as well as via UberEats for delivery.
