Vegan pasty frenzy
This is a short post but it contains news that will rock vegans across the UK to their core.
You can now buy a vegan cheese and onion pasty.
The Cornish Vegan Pasty Company is a recently launched venture dedicated to getting hearty pasties all over the country.
They kindly sent me three of their jumbo pasties to try and I was bowled over by how legitimate they look. Real pasties!
Yes, you can see a vegan version of a cheese and onion pasty in there. I know a lot of vegans will see that as the pinnacle of plant based eating!
They currently have a further two flavours in an original Cornish variety and a gluten free chilli pasty. The Cornish Vegan Pasty Company have plans for more flavours soon.
