Vegan Japanese luncheon
Book a spot for this gorgeous vegan meal in a hurry.
My buddy Jhenn is once again rolling out a fabulous multi-course vegan Japanese luncheon for limited guests in her very own London home this Sunday (February 28, 2016 from 1pm).
Jhenn is a culinary hero in the capital and I haven’t met a person who has walked away from one of her meals feeling anything less than completely satisfied.
What is Jhenn serving on Sunday?
COURSE ONE – Little plates
Past examples have included edamame, hijiki & potato salad, gomadofu, sesame mizuna, stewed soy baby aubergine, spicy lotus root and steamed daikon
COURSE TWO – Takoyaki “Octopus” balls with konnyaku made with a true takoyaki pan
COURSE THREE – Traditional Meal ender of Rice, miso soup, and pickles
COURSE FOUR – Japanese teas with homemade Japanese dessert
This is one of the most unique vegan meals you will be served in London.
Guests will be offered soft drinks but of course you are welcome to take your own harder stuff along to the three hour event. The cost for a spot is £24.
