Go west
Why is all the fun, cheap vegan food everywhere but West London? It isn’t!
I recently heard rumblings of a pop up cafe on Portobello Road and wasted little time in getting over there to check it out.
LOTUS Cucina is a super cute pop up cafe housed in a juice bar at 297 Portobello Road, just under the Westway if you are heading away from Notting Hill (nearest Tube station is Ladbroke Grove).
You want vegan food? You got it. You want cheap prices? You got it. You want a friendly cook who will cheerfully deliver your food to your table? You got it. LOTUS Cucina is the perfect mix of tasty food and relaxed atmosphere. It’s good food done well. Simple.
Wanna know what I ate?
London isn’t a cheap city, but check out the menu below with more than reasonable prices. I have also featured the breakfast menu card and a photo of my pal Jacqui. I randomly bumped into Jacqui inside the cafe and asked if I could take a photo of her with her mushroom burger. I will definitely be giving that a go in the near future, along with the dip platter and nachos. BTW, Jacqui told me she thoroughly enjoyed the burger.

Get your body to Portobello Road ASAP and enjoy this vegan cafe. Word is that it currently has plans to be in the location until September. Another rumour suggests the cafe will be partnering with a West London home delivery service shortly.
OMG! That’s so exciting! A great addition to West London! Can’t wait to try it out!
